Nataša Pejić was born in Belgrade. She graduated from Secondary school in Užice. Nataša Pejić graduated, and obtained her master¢s and PhD degree (in 2005) at the Faculty of Physical Chemistry, University of Belgrade. Dr. Nataša Pejić is a full professor at the Department of Physical Chemistry and Instrumental Methods, University of Belgrade - Faculty of Pharmacy since 2017, where she teaches several courses: Instrumental Methods and Colloid Chemistry (undergraduate level); Instrumental Methods (specialist studies required by healthcare system); Spectroscopic Methods in Drug Analysis, Physico-Chemical Phenomena and Instrumental Methods (doctoral academic studies).  

Prof. Nataša Pejić was a mentor of one doctoral dissertation, two master's theses, numerous graduate/final thesis and student scientific research papers, as well as a member of several Commissions for the Defense of Doctoral dissertations and numerous graduation theses. 

Dr Nataša Pejić was a participant in three National Scientific Research Projects (2002-2019.) and in one European project (2013-2017.). Scientific research interest: nonlinear physicochemical and biochemical systems (experimental analysis, mathematical modeling and application); flavonoids complex compounds (analysis and quantification); surfactants chemistry (examination of micellar and thermodynamic properties of surfactants, as well as analysis of surfactant performance and efficiency in various liquid micellar systems).  

Dr Nataša Pejić has published 52 peer-reviewed scientific papers and participated with 63 announcements at various scientific conferences. According to the SCOPUS database, the total number of heterocitation is 540, h-index 13. 

Dr Nataša Pejić was a reviewer by invitation in numerous international journals: Surfaces and Interfaces, Colloids and Surfaces A- Pysicochemical and Engineering Aspects, Journal of Industrial and Engeneering Chemistry, Current Pharmaceutical Analysis, Reaction Kinetics Mechanisms and Catalysis, Current Physical Chemistry, Electrochimica Acta, Journal of Serbian Chemical Society, Chemical Industry, etc. She is a reviewer of the Monograph: Snežana Uskoković Marković, Methods of importance for the examination of heteropoly compounds of the Kegin type, Andrejević Endowment, Belgrade, 2019. 

Prof. Nataša Pejić is a member of the Committee for Monitoring and Improving the Quality of Teaching at the Faculty of Pharmacy. She is a member of the Society of Physical Chemists of Serbia. 

Prof. Nataša Pejić is an author/co-author of five university textbooks: Instrumental Methods (2018), Selected Topics of Colloid Chemistry (2013) and its second supplemented edition (2018), then Practicum in Physical Chemistry (2011) and Excercises in Physical Chemistry (2003), as well as a co-author of the chapter in the outstanding international monograph - Encyclopedia of Physical Organic Chemistry (John Wiley&Sons, 2017).
