Branka Divović Matović je rođena 05.01.1989. godine u Novoj Varoši. U istom mestu je završila Osnovnu školu i Gimnaziju „Pivo Karamatijević“ kao đak generacije i nosilac diplome ''Vuk Karadžić''. Na Farmaceutskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu diplomirala je 2013. godine sa prosečnom ocenom 9,78. 2020. godine završila je akademsku specijalizaciju Farmakoterapija u farmaceutskoj praksi i stekla zvanje specijalista farmacije.  Doktorske akademske studije iz farmakologije upisala je školske 2013/14. na Farmaceutskom fakultetu u Beogradu i u završnoj je fazi izrade doktorske disertacije (mentor prof. dr Miroslav Savić).

Od aprila 2014. godine radi kao istraživač-pripravnik na projektu koji finansira Ministarstvo prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja Republike Srbije, a od januara 2022. godine član je projektnog tima programa IDEJE Fonda za nauku Republike Srbije. Osnovna oblast istraživanja je bihejvioralna farmakologija.

U prolećnom semestru školske 2013/2014. bila je angažovana u realizaciji praktične nastave iz predmeta Toksikologija s analitikom u okviru integrisanih akademskih studija (Katedra za toksikologiju „Akademik Danilo Soldatović“, Farmaceutski fakultet Univerziteta u Beogradu).

Od oktobra 2014. godine zaposlena je na Katedri za farmakologiju, Farmaceutskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu, najpre kao saradnik u nastavi, potom kao asistent. Učestvuje u izvođenju praktične nastave iz obaveznih i izbornih predmeta koji se izvode na Katedri na integrisanim i specijalističkim akademskim studijama.

Od 2013 do 2019. godine pohađala je edukativne radionice, seminare, kongrese, škole:seminari „Uvod u preduzetništvo“ i „Menadžment“ u sklopu projekta Promocija nauke kroz preduzetništvo (2013); Federation of European Neuroscience Societes Featured Regional Meeting (Solun, 2015); moduli za obuku naučno-nastavnog osoblja u okviru programa „TRAIN“ (Training & Research for Academic Newcomers-TRAIN) (2017); letnja škola  Clinical Skills in the Treatment of Anxiety and Depression: Hands-on Practice and Heads-on Theory, na Radboud univezitetu, u Nijemgenu, Holandija (2019); 32nd European College of Neuropsychopharmacology (ECNP) Kongres (Kopenhagen, 2019). Dobitnica je granta ECNP CDE (country with a developing economy) za 2019. godinu.
